IQCA

The Interviewer Quality Control Australia (IQCA) scheme is a system which ensures that all participating research companies operate from the same minimum standards of fieldwork. These standards apply to interviewer recruitment, training, supervision, observation and validation.

The IQCA scheme is funded by fees and subscriptions from its participating companies. audits the fieldwork standards of its participating companies to ensure that standards are met. The scheme is open to companies who only do data collection - field or recruitment.
