MRQA or the Motoring & Roads in Queensland Association provides drivers with advice they can use while driving on the road in Queensland. If you’ve just moved to the sunshine state, there are a few rules we suggest you follow if you’re to become a great motorist on our roads.

You must always obey the speed limit. Speed limits are more than just a mere suggestion as you’re legally required not to exceed them. The speed limits are not a random number assigned to a stretch of road either. The current speed limits have been thoroughly researched and we’ve concluded that driving at this speeds provide motorists with the fastest yet safest transportation.

The MRQA strongly feels that road signs are there for a good reason and we like to emphasise the importance of obeying signage at all times. Stop signs, give way signs, pedestrian crossings and so on all play an important role in maintaining order on the road and avoiding traffic chaos.

Motoring Services we offer are:

Learners Test

Driving Test

New Cars

Novated Lease

Car Loan

Driving Schools

We encourage a mutual respect between drivers, motorcycle riders, cyclists and pedestrians. We all share the roads and have a right to do so and obeying road signs is the first step towards such an ideal.

Lastly, we support the car finance industry by suggesting and ensuring all Queensland motorists have either comprehensive or third party car insurance. It’s not only illegal to drive without insurance but can make for costly mistake should you choose to not abide by the law. If you spend the time shopping around car insurance you will find a bargain at some point.
